Banner Woes

So I'm trying to teach myself how to design my own banner.  I liked the way it worked yesterday, and the weird thing is that I didn't do a thing to to change it, but as of last night it turned small on me and I can't figure out how to fix it.  I do well coming up with graphic designs conceptually, but don't have a clue what I'm doing as far as execution is concerned.  Don't even know how to work the software (paintshop pro).

So!  A long way of saying please bear with my learning curve.  I'll get it fixed eventually.

I would suggest thinner if it's going to be screen-width....

Wish I could help, but I'm technically incompetent. Ask my web designer. He sees my name and his blood pressure starts to rise just thinking about working with me again.

Sigh.

But kudos to you for learning something new.
