4 cups chunky salsa (I use 2 smaller jars of chi-chi's salsa variety, but use what you like)
1 14 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed (or not, if you are a 10 year old boy and enjoy farts)
1 tiny can (about 6 oz.) yellow corn
juice of one lime
1/2 tsp. cumin
cilantro, as much or as little as you like - I tend to use about 1/3 of the bunch they sell in the grocery store
Put all of this in a bowl and stir it up, then let it sit for an hour or so to let the flavors mingle nicely. It actually tastes best if you make it all up the night before you need it and put it in the fridge. I have had more requests for this recipe than any other thing I make. It has already been doubled, because I've never had an experience when it didn't disappear rather fast - BigDaddyFish always eats the leftover for a meal.
